Mid-Century: Starburst Clock

A good weekend for rummage sales. I found this sea-urchin clock hanging from a shed door in the boonies. It's going to need some overhauling-hence the disassembled pix. The wood is so dry, it seems it might spontaneously combust. I plan on swapping the frozen clockwork with a battery-powered unit.
